
Mindy d’Arbeloff has over 25 years of experience in the fields of Marketing, Promotion, Special Events and Public Relations. She began her career working for the City of Boston’s Summerthing program. She moved into the Music Business and spent three years in the Don Law Company, now Live Nation. From there she moved to Washington DC where she discovered the world of Special Events, working for the Canzeri Company producing Presidential events during the second Reagan administration.
She moved home to Boston in 1986, married and spent 2 happy years producing special events for Jordan Marsh until a takeover of Federated stores cleaned house. A chance reaquaintance with Patrick Lyons brought her to the Lyons Group where she has been for the last 20 years as that company grew from 3 nightclubs in 1988 to over 40 nightclubs and restaurants today. Her career at the Lyons Group began with special event production and culminated in the title of Vice President of the company.
During her tenure at the Lyons Group, she produced countless charity and corporate special events, oversaw the opening and marketing of some of the largest entertainment venues in the city and became the company liaison with the City of Boston. Her position also encompased the role of company spokesperson.
Boston Magazine ranked her #42 on the list of the city’s most powerful women saying: “calling d’Arbeloff a ‘party chick’ as the Herald did a while back is like calling Tom Brady “some guy who wears tights”.
