Grand-Opening Celebration commemorating the official opening of The Fallon Company’s 17-story commercial tower, 100 Northern Avenue, the fifth building to be completed at Fan Pier on Boston’s waterfront, which will house the founding office of Goodwin Procter LLP.

Mayor Walsh, Mr.  Fallon and Mr. Sucoff will speak to the growth of the Innovation District and importance of the Seaport while highlighting Fan Pier’s pivotal role in ushering in a new era on Boston’s Waterfront.

The evening will conclude with a special performance by BANDALOOP, an internationally-renowned experimental vertical dance troupe, who will perform an original, provocative, sky-high dance series featuring intricate choreography on 100 Northern Avenue’s glass façade.

Set against the backdrop of Boston’s cityscape and Boston Harbor in the heart of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods, Fan Pier is a leading catalyst for growth on the waterfront. The opening of 100 Northern Avenue marks a major milestone in the development progress of the 21-acre, 3 million square foot project. 100 Northern Avenue will house 534,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
