Elevate is again working with Vermont’s Killington Resort to promote the upcoming HomeLight Killington Cup returning to Killington’s signature Superstar trail Thanksgiving weekend, November 27-28, 2021.

While Killington has hosted four wildly successful World Cups from 2016 through 2019, complete with wall-to-wall press coverage each year, all 2020 North American FIS Alpine World Cups were canceled due to the pandemic. But U.S. ski racing fans around the world were thrilled when it was announced the World Cup would be making its return to the largest ski and snowboard destination in Eastern North America in 2021.

Ahead of a crucial Olympic season, the event will feature star U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team athletes such as 2x Olympic champion Mikaela Shiffrin—who has emerged victorious in slalom each of the last four years at Killington—World Cup podium skier Paula Moltzan and national champion Nina O’Brien. In addition to world-class ski racing, the weekend features music performances by O.A.R., G. Love and DJ Z-Trip on the Bud Light Seltzer stage and a lively festival village.

In order to comply with Covid restrictions, the 2021 HomeLight Killington Cup is a fully ticketed event, a change from prior years events. All attendees will need either a General Admission ticket, Grandstand ticket or VIP ticket to enter the festival village, concerts and spectating areas. General Admission tickets are available online in advance for $5, with all proceeds benefitting the Killington World Cup Foundation, which provides grants to support winter sports infrastructure and access to winter sports throughout the region. Tickets are available at killington.com/worldcup.
