As Resorts World Catskills Casino Resort (RWC), New York’s largest integrated casino resort destination, prepared to make its debut in a crowded casino market, leadership engaged Elevate as its public relations agency of record to architect a phased marketing communications strategy designed to launch the $1.2 billion luxury property and communicate its compelling value proposition, luxury offerings and amenities to audiences in New York City, the Tri-state area and across the US.
Elevate worked with RWC to accelerate business growth and drive traffic by developing a Content PR and Social Media Marketing Strategy that ensured RWC delivered the most compelling version of their story to target audiences, deploying a result-driven social strategy, community management and influencer engagement to ensure the message repeatedly reached intended stakeholders.
As part of Elevate’s strategy, they developed the property’s social community management plan, a playbook to govern day-to-day execution, and identified the tools and resources to optimize social listening and real-time analytics. The agency also built a master social FAQ response matrix with anticipated questions and recommended responses to expedite communication and enhance customer service, inclusive of recommended response times and department liaisons, and then provided weekly responses for online reviews and comments.
